Yes. Enter their address as the shipping address at checkout and your own as the billing address. We never include prices or an invoice in the parcel — only a packing note — so it is safe to ship directly.

Every order is boxed simply and sent with a blank card, so it can be handed over as it arrives without re-wrapping.

One order can hold as many pieces as you like, each personalized differently — add the engraving on each item before you put it in your bag and the wording stays attached to that line. They travel together in one parcel, so if you need them sent to different addresses, place a separate order for each address.

December 15 for standard delivery within the United States. Because each piece is made to order, that date accounts for both making and transit. Orders placed after the 15th will still be made and sent — they may simply arrive after the 25th.

Pieces are made to order and ship within 3–5 business days, then travel with the carrier. Personalized items sit at the longer end of that window because they are printed or embroidered individually.

Yes. Tracking is emailed as soon as the parcel leaves, and you can see every order and its status under your account.

Destinations and rates available to you are shown at checkout once you enter an address. International parcels take longer than domestic ones, so order well ahead of the 15th if it needs to arrive for Christmas.

The throw blanket, the holiday mug and the keepsake ornament. On each of those pages there is an Add engraving button under the add-to-bag control — type the name, date or short message there and it is carried through with your order. It costs nothing extra. The candle and the hoodie are not personalized; their artwork is fixed.

Exactly as you want it to appear — we set it character for character, including capitals, accents and spacing. Please check it before you add the item to your bag, as personalized pieces are made individually and cannot be reprinted for a typo.

Only before production begins, which is usually within a few hours of ordering. Get in touch through the contact page with your order number as soon as possible and we will catch it if we can.

Yes. Your wording arrives with the order, and we read it back against the artwork before the job is sent to production — it is not an automatic hand-off. If something looks like a slip rather than a deliberate choice, we email you first. In December we come back the same day wherever we can, so the deadline is not at risk.

XS through 3XL, in a relaxed unisex cut. It runs true to size with a little room through the body — if the person is between sizes, or you want them to layer under it, size up. Full measurements are on the hoodie page.

Something that does not need one. The blanket, mug, candle and ornament all sidestep the question entirely, which is why they carry most of the gifting here.

Returns and exchanges follow the terms set out in our refund policy. Keep in mind that personalized pieces are made individually for each order, so they are treated differently from unpersonalized ones.

If production has not started, usually yes. Contact us straight away and we will check — once a personalized piece has been printed it cannot be cancelled.
